In ebiWork you can setup how you want to process the order and which documents you wish to consume for orders.
General settings for Work Order's are:
Use actual start and end time when completing a task
When this option is enabled users must, when completing a task, input the start time, end time and used time of the task. The two fields, start and end time, are pre-filled from the scheduler time, but users must still input the used time as this might vary, what you wish to invoice the customer.
Require a signature to complete a task
When this option is enabled users are, when completing the last task within a Work Order, prompted with the signature page. There users must input the signatory name and email address. At the bottom of the page is also a blank field where a signature can be provided. Once the signature is provided and the task completed, a PDF form is generated and attached to the Work Order. PDF attachment can be opened when viewing a Work Order via web browser.
Show location in mobile app
When this option is enabled users have the option to open navigation to the location inputted in the Work Order. This option is only enabled in the mobile application and cannot be viewed via web browser.
