Change log - April 2024 - v1.33.0

Updates release in the version v1.33.0:

Team Lead report - FEATURE

Users assigned the role of "Team Lead" can now access a new report that provides details on the time spent by each user. This update introduces the integration of a per-user report, along with the new filter functionalities for 'team', 'budget status', and 'yesterday-only (value 1)' in the per-ticket report. In this update, we have also resolved two bugs related to the calculation of hours and page speed, which previously prevented users from accessing the total hours per user per day.

Search update - BUG RESOLUTION

While searching for a task, you can now view all search results instead of just the first 20.

Favourites with duration - FEATURE

The system now calculates and saves the duration for each of your favourite time entries, streamlining the time entry process by populating the end time based on the duration.

Time entry management permission schema - UPDATE

A permission update was implemented for the Time Entry Management view, restricting access to a specific user role. Now, only users with the designated permission can access and perform actions related to approving time entries and adjusting revenue time entries on the 'Time Entry Management' page.

ebiPlatform Jira integration - UPDATE

With the removal of the daily cron job for syncing Jira tickets to ebiTools, product owners can now manually trigger the sync of all tickets from Jira to ebiTools, eliminating the unnecessary daily sync process.

Business units - UPDATE

Product owners can now ensure all users are correctly assigned to their respective Business units, avoiding permission issues. The system now checks for and preserves users' Business unit memberships if they remain part of other teams within the project, when removing teams from ebiTime projects.
